- Lead data collected through contact forms and the Growth Audit quiz (name, email, phone number, business name) is retained until you request its deletion. We will honour all valid deletion requests promptly and no later than 30 days from receipt of your request.
- Google Analytics data is retained for 26 months by default, as configured in our Google Analytics account, after which it is automatically deleted.
- Server log data is typically retained for up to 90 days for security and troubleshooting purposes.
When your data is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymise it so that it can no longer be associated with you.
